Website Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase if shoes have not been worn. Shoes must be sent back to us in original packaging. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the return or exchange back to Dinosoles. We do not accept returns on “close-out” purchases – all “close-out” purchases are final.

Use whichever shipping method you prefer. Upon receipt of the item, we will re-send exchanged item to you at no additional charge or we will issue a refund – whichever you prefer. Include a copy of your order/invoice and a note stating what size/style you would like to exchange for or that you wish to receive a refund. For refunds, we refund the cost of the item only. We do not refund shipping cost.
